    We had an awful experience considering we have been going to Ruth Chris in Boston for at least 15 years. I have taken ach of my daughter’s there for their birthday. So we went the other night for my daughters 21st. We could never locate our waitress. I asked my ribeye to be medium rare and it was well. Our waitress nearly forgot that 2 of the 5 of use included dessert and never acknowledged it was a birthday. (Don’t worry afterwards we went to Vinny T’s and they served my daughter a dessert v Celebration and sang “Happy Birthday” to her).

    Both of our baked potatoes were over cooked, not fluffy and were’t hot enough to melt butter. The staff was kind enough to replace them with mashed potatoes however I come to RC for steaks and a great potato. My Tbone was good but not what great like I normally get at RC. Pam’s filet was excellent Kitchen staff needs to pay closer attention to the little things

    Ruth’s Chris Steak House in Boston has long been a favorite of mine. Nestled in the historic Old City Hall building in Downtown Boston. The ambiance is a blend of rich history and timeless elegance, with high ceilings, grand windows, and lovely woodwork wainscoting, wine cabinets, and moldings. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by three hosts. The waitstaff was friendly and knowledgeable. And then, there’s the food. Ruth’s Chris is renowned for its steaks, and the t-bone I had was a true masterpiece. Cooked to perfection in their signature 1800-degree broiler, it arrived sizzling in butter, with each bite melting in my mouth. Do note that sides are served à la carte so plan accordingly. Reservations are highly recommended. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply indulging in an extraordinary meal, Ruth’s Chris Steak House is a must-visit.

    Amazing as usual. The food was extremely delicious, huge sized portions (we didn’t eat the whole thing and they added extra leftovers to take home), staff was great and friendly

    Yet another great experience going to this restaurant. For many years, we made our trip from northern MA to downtown Boston and it never disappoints.

    Such a unique location in a charming old historic building. As usual, the food and service were top notch. Can’t recommend Ruth’s Chris enough. We go in every new city we travel to if there is one nearby.
