    This experience was not at all what I was expecting, the service was terrible. Our waitress was all over the place, causing dish accidents (twice) in the dining area, all of her tables were unsatisfied. Then at the end we waited so long for our check and desert that the host came and addressed us. Then, her and the host were arguing in front of the dining area. The food was about a 4/10. Definitely could have been better. The ambiance was the best thing out of the whole experience. Probably won’t be eating at this location again.

    Adela was our waitress. She was amazing. I can not start my praise without acknowledging the amazing service she provided. The restaurant will forever hold a special piece in my wife and my heart the food was amazing as well 10 stars

    Typically, this restaurant is top notch. However, on Valentine’s Day, they were busy and the kitchen must have been overwhelmed…our steaks came out overcooked, and took an hour to get them. Sides were good, and service was ok. Overall a 2 star visit. I would recommend them, but not on a holiday…

    Food was great server was subpar and should not be in a high class place like this were the prices are high so automatically her tip should be high my bill was $248 and it suggested that she get a minimum $41.00 tip but she only came over to out table 3 times and forgot to put our order in so you expect a $41.00 tip for not doing your job...no thanks however the food is TOP NOTCH!

    The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for a special date night. I took my fiancé there for Valentine's Day, and it truly exceeded our expectations.The steak and pork chops were absolutely delicious, cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The service was exceptional, with attentive staff who made us feel valued throughout our meal. Overall, Ruth's Chris is a fantastic choice for anyone seeking a memorable dining experience filled with great food and a lovely ambiance. Highly recommended!

    The only negative thing about our visit was that the air conditioner was on and blowing cold air on my bald head. Mind you it was already chilly outside. 🥶

    Restaurant was 75 degrees when we came in. Luckily the manager turned on the AC Drinks were good App was good Mashed tasted instant in my opinion Chicken was great Filet was great Lobster Mac and cheese. Mac n cheese was good the lobster was thrown on top with zero flavor. No butter nothing. And for $40 I expected more. I would not have paid that for that little and it be just ok. I could have gotten better for less at other restaurants.
