    The Calamari, Steaks were perfectly cooked and the lobster was delicious! My husband and I didn’t care much for the Lobster Bisque Soup but other than that it was a great dinner for my husband’s birthday.

    Our meal was awful, both the sea bass and fillet were overcooked. We were very disappointed and will not be back.

    We have been to this Ruth’s Chris restaurant many times. Unfortunately this last experience might actually be our last. Our poor waiter (a very nice young man) did everything in his power to manage our experience. However, his support wait team and the kitchen did not cooperate. The food took a long time to come out, salads came out but there was a mistake. They disappeared and returned 15 minutes later. The worst was finding a 5-6 inch piece of plastic material in the Mac-n-Cheese - perhaps from the packaging? The manager offered a half-apology and never returned. We did get a discount on the meal, but hardly worth the nearly $500 spent celebrating a birthday. Customers expect better - much, much better. Hopefully things improve because we actually love this place.

    We have reservation at 6 pm. When we arrived, no one was at the reception desk , had to wait 5 min before someone came and had to wait another 5 min before seated.
