At Ruth's Chris, the answer is steak. Of course, we offer plenty of appealing selections, from fish, lobster, chicken & chops. But steak is our crowning achievement. We start with the finest cuts broiled to your liking in the 1800 degree ovens perfected by our founder, Ruth Fertel.     Excellent dinner…., we had the petite filet mignon with creamed spinach and Cesar salad…. everything was excellent….also had the delicious cheese cake and bread pudding….also excellent service from our waitress Rita..

    My wife and I really enjoyed our dining experience at Ruth’s Chris Steak House. It was our first time there as we celebrated our wedding anniversary. Kudos to the entire staff.

    we had a very pleasant 40th anniversary dinner. Excellent food and great service. Both our steaks were cooked perfectly as were the sides we ordered. My wife really loved the Sweet Potato Casserole.
