We live in Miami Florida dined at Ruth Chris on a number of occasions in Miami, we have enjoyed the experience most of the time, however our experience at your Cherokee NC location was one we would like to forget. The restaurant itself was a mess many tables needing busing trash on the floor including used cloth napkins. The restaurant was out of many items including Bread, certain cuts of steaks, sea bass, and chicken. Our waiter was excellent - doing the best he could under the circumstances. My opinion this is an example of poor management, lack of dedication to their job and customers.

I had a 6:15 reservation. We were seated on time. We were informed they were out of bread. When ordering, I ordered filet and lobster tail, was told they were out of lobster tails. No problem, I changed my order. After waiting 55 minutes, food was served. The food was good but just a bad overall experience.

Steaks always great as usual. Creamed spinach was runny and not as flavorful as I’m used to. NO TANQUERAY!… Your Gin options tasted bad. Tonic water flat. Server took wife’s salad before she was finished w/o asking. We were talking and next thing she knew was her salad was 15 feet away!

Food was delicious. Service was outstanding. Candace was our waitress. She was very polite, attentive and always at the table asking us if we needed anything.
