    Our experience dining at  Ruth Chris is always a wonderful one. Upon arriving, we were greeted and seated by the friendly hostess. I had asked for a corner table by the window, so we could see the fabulous view of the bridge at night. Of course Ruth Chris accommodated us! Our waiter was amazing. He answered all our questions and went above and beyond for us. The young woman who helped serve at our table was also amazing. Both of them went above and beyond for us. The manager paid us a visit twice to ask if we needed anything. When our dinner arrived, our steak was cooked perfectly. The staff really made my husband‘s birthday a special one. Reasons like this are why we continue to dine at Ruth Chris several times a year. We enjoy it so much!

    While our waiter was great, he obviously was covering too many tables. Slow service due to restaurant being overcrowded with tables very close

    It was Saturday Dec 14th at 8 pm. The house was full. The service was extremely slow. My drink an old fashion took 20 mins to arrive. The reason given was a large party ordered expresso martini’s. They had only 1 bar tender for a Saturday night full house. I ordered a ribeye med rare. The steak was overcooked to well. It took 8 mins for anyone to come over and refire my steak. The 2nd steak was tough as my shoe. Frankly I have had better meat quality at long horns. When you are paying 78 bucks for a steak it should be cooked properly and tender. The manager comped the steak but I was still charged for remainder of the meal. Terrible experience and we will never go back.

    All our expectations for this restaurant were not only met but exceeded. Our waiter Brian was so attentive and took the time to build great rapport with our table. Our buster (I didn’t get his name) was also extremely attentive and kind. The food was to do die for and some of the best steaks we’ve ever had. We will be returning for any special occasion.

    Great food. Service excellent Due to Christmas parties both in the restaurant and outside the restaurant it was way too chaotic and noisy. Enjoyed a fabulous meal.

    Always at great experience at the Riverfront RC, and this was no different. Food was great, and Larry (our server) was even better! I love going to Ruth's Chris, but going during the holidays is extra special!

    Dinner was excellent as was the service. The restaurant is showing some wear and tear but the food and service made up for that. The hotel where the restaurant is located really needs a makeover. It didn’t feel safe in the lobby. We uber there so we didn’t have to park in parking garage.
