Ruth's Chris Steak House in Jacksonville, FL serves the finest USDA Prime beef available, broiled at 1,800° and served on 500° plates, so your steak stays hot, juicy and delicious from first bite to last. Enjoy our New Orleans-inspired appetizers, USDA Prime steaks, fresh seafood, signature side dishes and homemade desserts. All this while you enjoy our warm, inviting atmosphere and Ruth’s Chris’ genuine hospitality. Dinner is served nightly, reservations are suggested for Main Dining Room. All Lounge dining and Happy Hour is open seating at a first come first serve basis.     Our food and service were outstanding. Asked for a table with water front view, that was made possible! Our waiter, Mitch, was attentive, always checking to make sure water and wine glasses were full. We did the valet service and was so suprised that the valet driver remembered my name!

    We ordered filet mine med well came out med rare. My husband was raw inside. They took it back and you can tell they just put it in the oven to heat up.still came back the same way. I won’t go back
