    Food and atmosphere was great. Our waiter was ok at first, gave me a lame excuse why our food was late then at the end of the meal was upset I only tipped $20. He only refilled our drinks once and gave us a lame excuse. Be happy I tipped $20. Typical behavior of a fat dude built like the penguin; wanting more than what society owes him.

    Food was horrible. Lobster was so overcooked that it was rubbery, the ribeye was burnt and the mashed potatoes were bland. The only thing tasty were the onion rings. There was a heated conversation that took place between the manager and a patron about the food quality and there were so many couples around us complaining and sending food back that we felt like it wasnt worth the hassle. Our server was EXCELLENT but I could tell he was over booked with tables. Not sure what normalcy is like there but definitely want to think twice about going there for a special occassion like Valentines Day which was also our 29th wedding anniversary. Disappointed for sure!!

    Kyra refreshed our waters & was delightful. Tom (i believe) (middle aged, heavy set, salt & pepper short hair) was clearly ran thin. Tables seated after us were getting their orders taken, food & check. While our waiter was able to give a second of attention to us it was great. Overall i felt the experience could have been improved if we were not waiting 20 minutes on our check; 22 minutes on our food.

    Services was wonderful! Over priced for food. Creamed spinach was so salty couldn’t finish it (and I’m not a picky eater at all) . Shrimp over salty too but ok.

    We have stopped at this particular Ruth Chris twice while traveling in the last 3 weeks. The first time, it could not have been any better. The waiter staff were exceptional in their attention to our table. The last time, a different wait staff and my water glass was never filled unless I filled it, and our wine glasses was never filled unless we filled them. It was my birthday celebration, but other than the waiter saying "Happy Birthday", there was nothing else. Disappointed.

    Customer Service needs to be improved! Good Evening, I simply wanted to say that the food & drinks were fantastic. BUT, when I paid & provided our Server a good tip he stopped me in front of my wife & others to ask if his service was not to my satisfaction. He then stated that he was worthy of a 18% tip. To the Manager, you need to teach your Servers to not ever ask for a specified tip especially when I already paid for my food & drinks, and I was on my way out. It was extremely rude, and I won't ever come back to this establishment. I will also leave this same review in other Social Media websites & contact Corporate of this situation.

    Upon arrival, two host expressed unhappiness as one sat us to our table. Luckily for them, the service received after was impeccable. Jackson and his attendee were amazing from start to finish. We both had ribeye that was beautifully cooked, although, from other experiences it was over priced maybe by $10. Again, service is top notch, food was an experience indeed, ambience is of a hotel like, the host needs welcoming sessions. I believe the manger checked in on us also which is always fantastic. 4/5 only because of the host made me feel unwanted. Thank you!
