    Love Ruth’s Chris and was really looking forward to this but our steaks were way overcooked - ordered medium and came out well done with black char in the top. We were offered to have them replaced but I don’t trust doing that. The manager did come over and gave us an overall discount and server gave us two desserts. I would rather have just had my steaks cooked properly and paid what I expected rather than having sub-par cooking. As a steak house, it should be standard work and science as to how to perfectly cook the steak but this was a hard miss and very disappointing.

    Alexander runs such a terrific restaurant! We choose to dine here just for the experience Steven (our favorite sever) offers! The food was prefect, the staff went above and beyond, the restaurant was the best setting we could have asked for! Would absolutely recommend to anyone!

    Outstanding venue, great steak, quality drinks, and Steven is an outstanding server! Another great server is Chandler, so ask for one of them when going.
