Took my friend here for his birthday yesterday with a reservation. Valet didn’t want me to park up front because it was for paying customers assuming I wasn’t going to hand him a 20 for literally watching the car I parked myself. I was in regular clothes I get it but I was sitting in an expensive vehicle so I was a little confused. Took over an hour for the food to come. The steak was fine so no complaints but the service was better at ihop quite literally. Drink stayed empty and we watched our server tend to the bigger tables over and over and walking smooth past us every time while we are staring at her. Get your money but also I’m here spending 100+ a plate too I should get at least half service. I went to the back just to get my check and tell her to box the desert because it’s been way too long. 20 min later I walk out without my desert and I did not leave a tip. I always tip 20% or more especially on the holidays but that service felt insulting.

My husband & I dine here frequently & we’ve never had service so bad. We came in & ordered an app & decided to get my entree to go; as there was a huge Christmas party taking up the bar. Our server Mark informed us that it would take at least 30 mins & we were fine with that, but we ended up waiting for an hour & thirty mins for stuffed chicken & asparagus. Mark never checked in with us, my husband had to go to the bar after we had been waiting an hour to ask how much longer, as we watched ppl come in, receive their food & leave as we waited. Finally after getting a bartender to check, we received our food. It only gets worse, we get home & the chicken is ice cold & undercooked with barely any stuffing & the asparagus is filled with black pepper! We didn’t even eat it! What a waste of $122! & on top of that I’m 5 months pregnant & i was looking forward to this 😩

We had a great experience celebrating my sons 11th birthday. Daniel our waiter was amazing. He went above and beyond writing happy birthday and putting a candle in his dessert (all while giving me enough time to get my camera before he set it down) We have been there to celebrate my sons birthday for several years now and no other waiter has ever done this. Daniel and the rest of the staff worked together well. The food was absolutely delicious and so were the drinks!

Shocked that the steak was tasteless. Had to add a lot of salt. Also the meat was not tender like I’m used to. My husband and I left half uneaten. Will stick with Gallaghers.

Unfortunately, the service was poor. The food did not come out in the correct order so when they took the steaks back so we could get our salads first, they came and said the steaks would not go under heat lamp and we would get fresh steaks. This was not the case. The steaks came back overcooked. We ordered medium rare and they came back well done. It was an unfortunate experience because we love to go to Ruth Chris.

Service was outstanding. My wife had the filet and lobster and it was excellent. I had the NY Strip which was a poor cut of meat. I understand a NY Strip is firm but this piece of meat had gristle throughout the steak. I was able to eat about 1/3 of the steak. Very disappointed.
