    Our waiter Jason was amazing, food was delicious. We had reservations at 1645 and were seated within a five minute window. Good ambiance and service was top notch. Only reason I’m giving it 4 starts and not 5 stars is because they ran out of moscato and NY style cheesecake. They knew all year that Christmas was on Dec 25., so they should have prepared for an influx to have everything available to order. Otherwise we will definitely be returning to this location!

    Excellent well prepared food. We were seated in a special room which was much quieter than the main restaurant. Great table next to the window. Our server was very professional and friendly with great suggestions. Only complaint was waiting 15 minutes for our cocktail order but understand as it was Christmas Day and am sure some employees were given that special day off.

    Love going to Ruth’s However kitchen could not keep up with holiday volume so it took so long to get food we were comp’ed a few extras.

    In typical fashion, great meal and attentive staff, and it was Xmas day. Really appreciate the professional service from Warren. Sizzling crap cakes and steaks always make for a great holiday.

    In our opinion, still the best steakhouse in New Orleans! And we have tried then all! Service was impeccable and the food as excellent! The steak was just the way we asked for it and we had potatoes au gratin and they were delicious.

    My wife and I have been going to Ruth Chris on Christmas Eve the past 10 years. It’s a tradition I started we both really look forward to it every year. This year we had 8:30 reservation and we were sat at 8:50. 25 minutes after ordering our meal we were told that they were out of crabmeat stuffed mushrooms and out of cream spinach. I guess they didn’t think it would be busy enough to make more for Christmas Eve. The waitress suggested the crab cake which came to the table room temperature and had a very strong fishy taste, not what I’m use too at any Ruth Chris. The waitress was overwhelmed and didn’t have too much time to check on us for more drinks or anything else. Finally 105 minutes into our meal we get our Entrées. There was no sizzle to the steak and the lobster was room temperature too. My steak was well when I wanted medium rare. The whole meal cost $337 including tip. I felt like I got robbed. I don’t mind spending my money for a great meal, great service and a great experience if that’s what I would have gotten but instead what I received was a horrible experience and cold food for that price. My wife and I both agree after 10 years. It’s time to find a new steak house because this one is in a serious nose dive.

    Muy mal servicio reserve a las 815 nunca nos dieron mesa nos sentamos en el bar y se tardaron 230 horas en llevarnos la comida pésimo servicio Hablabas con el manager y has de cuenta que le valías no te solucionaba nada

    Had to wait over an hour for our reservation. Service was good but our reservation was not correct. Many tables were seated in front of us.. the front desk staff was annoyed by us. Food service was slow. Management did not care about our situation. Will look for another option next time. Food was very good. Surprised by poor situation at Ruth Chris.
