Temperature of all the sides were luke warm at best. Yet the steak was sizzling hot. Flavor of filet amazing! Warm delicious bread, delicious desserts. Unfortunately, for the value I have had much better at other nice steak restaurants- both in terms of flavor, portion and temperature of food. Great experience- just not perfect for the money spent.

Birthday cheesecake got smaller since last Birthday here. Chicken had extremely small amount of stuffing. Otherwise, hot and delicious filet and lobster. The service was a bit slow.

Too crowded. Waited over an hour to be seated after our reservation time. Waited almost another hour for food to come once ordered. “Karen” type people started demanding free drinks and to be seated immediately instead of waiting their fair turn. Management accommodated, watched it unfold several times as we stood waiting. Not worth it on New Years.

We had an amazing time at Ruth’s Chris last night for our New Year’s Eve family tradition. The atmosphere in the main dining room was incredible, even though it was understandably crowded for the holiday. The staff went above and beyond to make the experience special. While waiting in the lobby, the managers handed out complimentary champagne glasses to guests—a classy touch! Our 7:30 reservation was honored promptly, and we were seated very quickly. Our server, Melanie, was fantastic. She ensured everything went smoothly and made the evening even more enjoyable. The meal was excellent, as always. Ruth’s Chris never disappoints. Overall, it was a perfect way to ring in the new year.

We were 24 for New years in Palm Desert.The food was hot and wonderful,service outstanding,they did not complain to make separate checks.Highly recommend this first class establishment.

Our compliments to our waitress , Cyndie, and other servers for excellent service in a very challenging setting of crammed people and tables. My boyfriend and I received timely attention. The food was perfect . Happy New Year.

New Years Eve dinner. Crowded but very respectful diners. Service was attentive as busy as they were, every server had smiles and cheer in the voices. Food was as usual excellent.
