    I love Ruth's Chris. I was disappointed today because the stuffed chicken breast, which I order every time, was stringy, overcooked and under stuffed. Usually it's perfectly done. However, my fellow diners were more than satisfied and thoroughly enjoyed the salmon and crab cakes. I will be back. This is one of my favorite restaurants and this was probably a one time fluke.

    Everything was near perfect until the cigar event smoke/smell coming from their banquet hall next door when we were well into our meal. This kind is of put a damper on our evening a little. Why they would have such an event there during dinner boggles my mind? Our server Brent was excellent and the food was great. The 16 ounce NY strip was not cook medium well. A little too much pink. It needed to be cooked longer but the taste was succulent.

    We were extremely pleased with the food quality, presentation, taste, and quantity. The server was long winded attending to us. She was short and dismissive when she was there and we did not feel seen or heard. If the gratuity had not already been included, she would not have gotten any.

    Service was slowwww, waited way too long for drinks.. brought in a cake at 4:00 for them to serve at our dinner for a birthday ( 6:00 reservation).. after sitting for a half hour, had to get up and discreetly ask to serve the cake.. server said she didn’t know about it.. then comes back after more time wasted to stage whisper to one of our guests she still can’t find it ( birthday girl heard obviously), I had to walk out again to find manager.. server finally brought out cake and sets it down… with large spoons? For a cake? Was told I had to pay for cutting and serving, she did not cut nor serve ( wasn’t charged) but she ruined the surprise, the service was lousy. She seemed clueless. Very very disappointed. We come here often… very unhappy to say the least. No more celebrations here.

    Our server was great. Unfortunately, they seated us in the back room of the bar area and it seemed it was the less desirable seating area. My steak was great but the creamed spinach was only slightly warm, not hot.

    Can’t go wrong at this location. The service was impeccable. The pork chop was seasoned to perfection, and had the perfect amount of charred fat. I can’t go there without getting the shoestring potatoes. The water did a great job with the recommendation on a wine pairing. I topped it all off with the bread pudding. My mom’s is still one of the best I’ve ever had, but Ruth’s Chris’ is right there.
