Thanksgiving dinner was not what it has been in the past. Turkey was dry. The small touch of a to go bag after dinner was missing. Won’t do it again

This lovation does not have a nice layout and we were placed in the private dining room either 4 other tables. It was overcrowded with bad ambiance, and it felt claustrophobic. Service was great but the food was mediocre.

We were a party of 4 and all ordered different entrees. Everyone raved about their meal. The beef was cooked perfectly. The creamed spinach and the mushrooms were excellent. The baked potato was huge and cooked perfectly. 1 person had the Thanksgiving turkey meal and said the turkey was very moist. He was even given another serving to take home. The Crème Brûlée was the best I had ever eaten. Chris was our server and Brandon was assisting. Both were very pleasant and professional as well as attentive.

Great time at Ruth’s Chris on Thanksgiving. Friend and I had the special turkey dinner and wife had the sea bass . Turkey dinner was served with dressing, cranberry sauce and gravy. The sides choices were the mashed potato’s and sweet potato casserole. I wish they would have put more gravy on the turkey breast. Wife enjoyed the fish which was served with blanched spinach. Dessert was pumpkin cheesecake with vanilla ice cream. The starters we ordered was the calamari and the mushrooms with crab filling. Both dishes were devoured. The calamari sauce was very tasty. Bread served was hot and tasty. Freshly baked. Our server was very personable and attentive. She is a five star server. Another great time on Thanksgiving at Ruth’s Chris. We will be back next year.

The service was great. Wait staff very friendly and professional also attentive. The meals were were good but expensive. Overall a great place to go for a special occasion.

We enjoyed an outstanding thanksgiving dinner at Ruth Chris. There was a Smokey flavor in the turkey and gravy that was unexpected and really good. The sides were prepared perfectly and they even gave us extra to take home so we could enjoy leftovers this evening. Our server Chris was exceptional. Ruth Chris is our new Thanksgiving tradition.

While the overall experience was good, I do not think the food was as good as it could’ve been. It is a very expensive restaurant. So may not be a good place for the budget minded

Not sure what happened here but we won’t be back. Poor service, food wasn’t great and our server forgot one of the items we ordered and didn’t really apologize. When they brought out one of the scorching out plates the server delivering it almost spilled the juice on my lap, didnt apolgoize. No refills on drinks, item was missed in order by server, etc. The missing food came out well after we were done eating. Other tables got the traditional left overs they send home for Thanksgiving and we did not. I was less then impressed and didn’t see a manager walking around checking on things either. We have dined regularly at RC including this location and never experienced this poor of service.
