    We had reservations to celebrate our anniversary there on a Saturday night. When the hostess greeted us she congratulated us on our anniversary and led us promptly to our table with a view. She also sprinkled some red heart shaped confetti on our table! Our server was the AMAZING Gil, he had been our waiter before. Gil is the most attentive, polite, knowledgeable server we have ever had at ANY restaurant. My filet was cooked to perfection and melted in my mouth. The sweet potato side dish is amazing. The cheesecake dessert was delicious! Gil made sure we had everything we needed and it was a perfect meal! Thank you!

    Easy to book. Super pleasant from the warm greeting at the hostess stand, fast and great drink from the cocktail server to our fabulous dinner service from GM Jeff, Ronn, Jesus, Leonardo and Juan. Thank you. Shout out to Kyle. He too made our night special.

    Ribeye was supposed to be medium rare. But it was overcooked and tough to cut. Sides, service and everything else was excellent.

    I asked for privacy and a booth and was sat at a table in front of a coughing sick man and his partner in a very busy area when more private options existed. Dinner was very uncomfortable. Hostess needs to do a much better job at taking requests into account. The patron near me was very sick and my dinner experience was ruined.

    It was my husband’s birthday and our first time being at Ruth’ Chris. The staff was outstanding and took the time to explain everything. The food was fantastic. It is now our go to place for special events. Everyone who came to our table, wished my husband a quiet happy birthday. No big singing thing, just a respectful acknowledgment.

    Love this place but overall our experience with Cierra was top of the line. She was attentive, personable and professional. We had a long week and having dinner was our recharge and she just added to it in ways I can’t explain. Thank you Cierra!!
