    Our first time trying Ruth Chris for Christmas today. The service was great to include the drinks but that's all. The steaks were surprisingly disappointing,I got the filet which lacked in flavor and had no sear or color. My wife got the crab surf and turf which also lacked in flavor and the presentation was poor. We both ordered the steaks medium Rare but were over cooked. Maybe the kitchen had a off day due to the holiday crowd but for the price we Expected more.

    When I made the reservation, I asked for a table with a view of the bay. But when I arrived, I had to wait more than 20 minutes and they gave me a table behind the bar, in a bad location. In addition, the hosts were disorganized. Only Jeremy The waiter gave us very good service.

    Received a welcome Merry Christmas greeting and then was seated at a very nice table with a view of the San Diego bay. Service was excellent and food was especially very good!

    Steak and lobster and drinks and mashed potatoes and dessert and service were all excellent. The mac and cheese had to be sent back due to it being dry and not very cheesy. Then we received the potato’s au gratin. Surprisingly those were also not great. The potatoes were cubed rather than Sliced thin and that made a difference. I didn’t like that. Would dine again!

    We celebrated and enjoyed a wonderful Christmas Eve dinner. Everyone was very welcoming, greeted us with smiles and a great attitude. The food and cocktails were perfect and delicious. Thank you

    We recently visited Ruth’s Chris Steak House and had a fantastic experience. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, with a warm that set the perfect tone for a hearty meal. The steaks / seafood were cooked to perfection—tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. The sides were also a highlight, especially the garlic mashed potatoes, creamed spinach and sweet potato casserole. Rachel and team provided excellent and attentive service. Overall, a great spot for anyone looking for a top-notch steak in a relaxed setting. Highly recommend!
