    When I made the reservation, I asked for a table with a view of the bay. But when I arrived, I had to wait more than 20 minutes and they gave me a table behind the bar, in a bad location. In addition, the hosts were disorganized. Only Jeremy The waiter gave us very good service.

    Received a welcome Merry Christmas greeting and then was seated at a very nice table with a view of the San Diego bay. Service was excellent and food was especially very good!

    Steak and lobster and drinks and mashed potatoes and dessert and service were all excellent. The mac and cheese had to be sent back due to it being dry and not very cheesy. Then we received the potato’s au gratin. Surprisingly those were also not great. The potatoes were cubed rather than Sliced thin and that made a difference. I didn’t like that. Would dine again!

    We celebrated and enjoyed a wonderful Christmas Eve dinner. Everyone was very welcoming, greeted us with smiles and a great attitude. The food and cocktails were perfect and delicious. Thank you

    We recently visited Ruth’s Chris Steak House and had a fantastic experience. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, with a warm that set the perfect tone for a hearty meal. The steaks / seafood were cooked to perfection—tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. The sides were also a highlight, especially the garlic mashed potatoes, creamed spinach and sweet potato casserole. Rachel and team provided excellent and attentive service. Overall, a great spot for anyone looking for a top-notch steak in a relaxed setting. Highly recommend!

    We recently celebrated our anniversary at Ruth's Chris Steak House and it was an incredible experience. From the moment we walked in, the warm and inviting atmosphere set the tone for our special night. We requested a booth where we could sit side by side and the staff was more than accommodating, making us feel truly special. Our waiter was fantastic, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly while the hostesses were equally lovely, contributing to the overall welcoming vibe of the restaurant. Now let’s talk about the food; everything we ordered was exceptional. The steak was cooked to perfection, juicy and bursting with flavor, and I must say the wedge salad was the best I have ever had, fresh, crisp, and dressed just right. Plus we found it to be a great value for such a high-quality dining experience. It was the perfect setting to celebrate our special day and we left with full hearts and satisfied palates. Thank you Ruth's Chris for making our anniversary truly memorable; we can’t wait to return for our next celebration!

    Been going to this Ruth’s Chris regularly for 30 years. Disappointed to learn Lobster Bisque is no longer offered as a regular menu item, but rather now an occasional soup of the day. Was a classic and staple that I looked forward to, the soup of the day when I visited was French onion which seems too rich/heavy for a for rack of lamb. Requested my rack of lamb to be medium-rare but came out medium-well. This is second occasion since Ruth’s Chris was acquired that quality and consistency seemed to be slipping. Prior to the acquisition I never had to worry about consistency and that’s one reason I kept coming back. I hope things consistency improves.
