    Hello, my 10 year old grandson came from CA visiting for giants spring training. He was looking forward to having dinner here however he was very disappointed with the kids meal filet mignon and fries that were completely burnt. Not once did the waiter ask how the food was to give us a chance to let them know. Very disappointed with the service at this location as we always have a good experience at Ruth’s Chris in Walnut Creek, CA.

    It was EXTREMELY cold inside, which was unfortunate because it was also cold outside. We were literally shaking & cold not really enjoy ourselves because it felt like we were inside of a freezer. The food was overpriced, but okay. The sides are underwhelming & the steaks are the star of the show. It was Okay but I wouldn’t go back again.

    There was 7 of us and we ordered 3 Tomahawk Ribeyes, 40 oz Porterhouse, and 3 11 oz Filets. Steak were perfect as always! Best Steakhouse, nothing compares.

    Last night, we had an incredible dining experience at Ruth’s Chris in Scottsdale. The food was absolutely amazing—perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. What truly set the evening apart was the exceptional service provided by General Manager Marquis and our server Chris. They went above and beyond to ensure our meal was flawless, creating a welcoming and memorable atmosphere. Highly recommend this location for an outstanding steakhouse experience!

    Steaks and chicken are always great. Service was spot on, however standard barbecue shrimp appetizer sauce was off. Don't know whether they changed the recipe but not as good for sure. Overall great night!

    Our waiter, Chris did a great job taking care of us. We were very happy with our service and his personal touch Our dinner was nice and the steaks were the best! The cook over cooked the shrimp so only 3 pieces were brought out at first, the other three followed in about 5 minutes. The only problem was the shrimp was served almost raw, I could not eat it. I was already full so it was okay.

    Enjoyed a fantastic birthday celebration meal!Steaks were cooked to perfection. Being served on a hot plate with sizzling butter keeps the steak warm throughout the meal, a big plus. Service was attentive but not intrusive.
