    Our waiter Nelson was amazing!! He did a fantastic job with all my allergy questions and we were so grateful that he came to work on Christmas so we could enjoy a perfect meal. Nelson is the best.

    A table near us had a dog with them which barked constantly for quite a while. Didn’t get a refill on our drinks. Overall just kinda meh.

    "We dine at Ruth’s Chris Seattle frequently and usually love the food. However, our experience this time was disappointing. While our waiter Evelyn was nice, her service was slow and inattentive. We typically tip generously (30% or more), but the service barely warranted 10%. In hindsight, we wish we had chosen Ascend in Bellevue instead."

    We have a group of 6-7 that have been doing Christmas Eve dinner at Ruth’s Chris Steak House for more than 10 years and probably closer to 15 years. We are never disappointed in the food, service and hospitality. We had the pleasure of sitting at table 66 this year and it was great. In fact we want to reserve the same time and table for next year. We were told that we would have to wait until after the holidays to make the reservation. However any thing that could be done to help us out would be greatly appreciated.

    My ribeye was tough. Really. The asparagus were way overcooked. Beautiful place, but, really, folks, it’s pricy. Nice waitstaff.

    I loved the lighting, it was slightly dimmed with these big beautiful chandeliers. Staff were wonderful. Food was 10 out of 10 for sure. Will definitely be a repeat customer at this location.

    Very rushed through our dinner. This is too expensive of an evening/meal to be whipped through service. I would like to dine. Felt like an eatery. Food was very good, just way too rushed.
