    A table near us had a dog with them which barked constantly for quite a while. Didn’t get a refill on our drinks. Overall just kinda meh.

    We have a group of 6-7 that have been doing Christmas Eve dinner at Ruth’s Chris Steak House for more than 10 years and probably closer to 15 years. We are never disappointed in the food, service and hospitality. We had the pleasure of sitting at table 66 this year and it was great. In fact we want to reserve the same time and table for next year. We were told that we would have to wait until after the holidays to make the reservation. However any thing that could be done to help us out would be greatly appreciated.

    My ribeye was tough. Really. The asparagus were way overcooked. Beautiful place, but, really, folks, it’s pricy. Nice waitstaff.

    I loved the lighting, it was slightly dimmed with these big beautiful chandeliers. Staff were wonderful. Food was 10 out of 10 for sure. Will definitely be a repeat customer at this location.

    The service was good, but that was the worst steak I’ve ever had at Ruth Chris. It was dry and tasteless. Also, the crème brûlée was not smooth at all. It was very grainy.

    The ambience is lacking. The lighting is very bright and harsh in some areas, and service stations are positioned close to tables. The food was fine, but nothing special. Our two steaks were both meant to be medium rare, but one came out much closer to medium well.
