It took 45 min to get our water and bread for our table. Drink service was slow. During dinner we only had our water refilled once. One of my guests dinner ( petite steak was well done ) I have eat Ruth’s Chris restaurants around the US and this was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had

We haven't been to Ruth's Chris in a couple years, and it was SUPER Expensive, really unfair pricing-much higher than we remember paying in the past. Our server was not that attentive, she didn't stop by very often. The Kitchen was really behind-our server told us that there were 8 tables ahead of us when we inquired as to the status of our meal. However, we noticed another couple who was seated after us and received their food before we did. All items we ordered were super overpriced-small salad $15, cup of soup $15, side order of mashed potatoes $15, crab cake appetizer $29. Overall experience was that our meal was highly overpriced and we won't be returning.

We ordered a pomegranate martini, sizzling crab cakes, French onion soup, a medium rare T-bone steak, a medium T-bone steak, garlic mashed potatoes, creamed spinach, and bread pudding for dessert. Everything was absolutely delicious! Ruth's Chris is steakhouse perfection!

My wife and had our New Years Eve dinner at Ruth’s Chris. The food and service were very good, but the presentation was sorely lacking. We typically do a date night every Saturday night, so we were hoping for something a bit more special for New Years Eve. Unfortunately, we were underwhelmed by the tiny plates on which our meals were presented. For the price we paid, we expected a more elaborate presentation. We were somewhat disappointed.

We had a wonderful time as usual! Mark our bartender was fantastic before we went in for our dinner. Our food was amazing which is always why we enjoy coming back.

Unfortunately, this was not the best steak that I’ve had at this this restaurant. I ordered it Medium and it came out to me looking well done. Our appetizer was sent to another table and delayed to us, the positive things was our server did comp us the appetizer. We did not get any water refill until after we were paying our bill. We ordered key lime pie for dessert and it came out to us like a jell as opposed to more of a cheese cake type consistency. While I was looking forward to this meal, it was disappointing.

Very nice meal and staff. My steak was a little more rare than medium but they fixed it quickly and good quality. My wife’s filet had a little tough fat on the edge. The roasted Brussels sprouts were good but a little soggy. French fries were excellent. Deserts were great.

Service was unusually slow. It took an hour to get our appetizer which was weird because they weren’t overly busy. The waitress went long periods without checking on the table. Food seemed to be sitting under a heat lamp before getting out to us as it wasn’t overly hot as it has been every other time we’ve gone. Still decent experience but just not the best we’ve been accustomed to at this location.

My Son's had the specialty drinks, Winter Manhattan, Gambler's Old Fashion, Ruth's Manhattan, My Husband had Vodka/Sprite, I had Malibu Rum/Pineapple Juice, the drinks were very well made with great taste. My Son's ordered Lamb Chops, 11 oz, Filet, with a side of Lobster Mac & Cheese. My Husband ordered the T-Bone, I ordered the 8 oz. Filet, with sides of Asparagus, and Garlic Mashed Potatoes, of course we had the fresh bread, so much food and so delicious! Steaks were perfectly cooked exactly the way we wanted them as well as the pork chops! We were all very happy with the food we ordered! The atmosphere so inviting, with being tucked away in our own private booth! Will be back!
