The food and ambiance were good, but the service was disappointing. It was difficult to get the server's attention, and we had to request basic things like drink refills and silverware for the children. Additionally, plates and silverware were not replaced after appetizers and salads. To be fair, the restaurant was not busy at all, with only about five tables occupied, so there was no clear reason for the lack of attentiveness.

My recent visit to Ruth’s Chris Steak House was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were treated to an evening of impeccable hospitality that truly made us feel special. The team went above and beyond, especially in recognizing my wife’s birthday, which added a thoughtful and personal touch to the night. Our waiter, Lonny, was absolutely fantastic. His attention to detail, warm demeanor, and expert knowledge of the menu elevated the entire dining experience. Lonny helped us choose the perfect dishes and wine pairings, ensuring every bite and sip was nothing less than perfect. A special shout-out to Sous Chef Alvaro Diaz, whose culinary expertise shone through in every dish. The sizzling steaks were cooked to absolute perfection—rich, flavorful, and melt-in-your-mouth tender. The sides were equally impressive, with the creamy mashed potatoes and the lobster mac and cheese being true standouts. It’s clear that Chef Diaz pours his heart and soul into creating a memorable dining experience. What truly set the evening apart was the way the staff went out of their way to celebrate my wife’s birthday. From the personalized greeting to the thoughtful dessert surprise, it was a moment we’ll cherish forever. If you’re looking for a fine dining experience that combines exceptional food with world-class service, Ruth’s Chris is the place to go. Thank you to Lonny, Chef Diaz, and the entire team for making the night so unforgettable.

The Management was excellent, but our first server was not ideal. I was with a large group of colleagues and we originally anticipated being 14. Our final number was 9. While I realize a shift in table size can be a let down, things happen, and especially during the holiday season being understanding matters. The first waitress that greeted our group was very rude and insisted we let them know "right away" about the change in table size. Additionally - the restaurant was essentially empty - so they were in no way pressed for space. When I shared this with the manager, she was very kind and apologized. The second server we had, Zack, was awesome. He was attentive, understanding, and checked on us a lot. The first server was still helping but was clearly unhappy. At one point she threw silverware on and across the table. I am glad that Zack was able to make the service okay, in addition to the very kind manager. However, first impressions matter most and I'm not sure I'd recommend or return to this location.

Our server Elizabeth was wonderful! Very helpful and knowledgeable. Food was delicious and more than enough. Steak was made perfect. We had blueberry mojitos that were made with real blueberries. We would definitely go back.

As usual our experience at Ruths and Chris is always beyond expectations. It started with the valet the young men are so pleasant and welcoming, and as we walked in the hostess were pleasant and happy to see us as usual. We were seated to our usual table awaiting our server Stacy who is always pleasant and welcoming, she makes us feel like we are home. The food was served with elegance, and the food is always great, that is why we keep returning for the service we get and the food. Usually, the manager Louis when he is there, he comes around to make sure we are satisfied with everything. All the servers are now familiar with us they all stop by to greet us. Ruths and Chris is our favorite restaurant and always take our visitors there. We go there usually once or twice per month.

The food was amazing, and the service was impeccable. For an appetizer I had the osso bucco ravioli. It was so flavorful. It could have been a meal itself. My steak was cooked to perfection. Our waitress was pleasant and timed everything perfectly. This Ruth Chris outshines other Ruth Chris restaurants I've been to.
