Welcome to the 1847 Bar & Grill. We are attached to the Best Western Premier Boulder Falls Inn Hotel in Lebanon, Oregon. Marche, located in Eugene, Oregon, opened in August 1998. The restaurant, which seats 80 guests, has an exhibition kitchen featuring a beautiful wood-fired oven. There is also a stylish bar and a large outdoor dining area, covered with awnings and umbrellas and surrounded by a garden of herbs and edible flowers. Marche takes its name from the French word for market – a word that describes our location in the bustling 5th street Market and more importantly, our philosophy of cooking. The menu is based on the foods one would find at a farmer’s market: fresh, seasonal, and regional. Marche is committed to using only those ingredients that are at their best, so our menu evolves as we move through the seasons of the year. Marche also believes in using the highest quality and most healthful ingredients available and to that end use organic, free range, and chemical free products. Exciting changes are coming to JORY Restaurant in February 2025! Over the last 15 years, JORY has become the place to celebrate life’s special moments, and will now offer an exquisite new dinner tasting menu, available in 4, 5, or 7 courses and featuring the seasonal bounty of the region. Guests can enhance their meals with thoughtfully curated wine pairings from our renowned cellar.
Our popular à la carte brunch menu will continue to be served on weekends and holidays.
In addition, the property’s living room space will transform into a standalone three-meal restaurant concept, The Living Room of the Valley, offering a welcoming gathering place for all occasions and groups of any size. Walk-ins are welcome all day to enjoy à la carte breakfast, lunch and dinner—no reservations required! And of course, longtime favorites like the Pinot Burger and truffle fries will be served here.

Our executive chef, Nathan Bates, spent four and half years at the Michelin 3-Star "Fifth Floor" in San Francisco.
