The Platea Experience provides guests with a one-of-a-kind take on the classic Prime Steakhouse but delivering them with flavors brought on by the Peruvian influence and quality Marmolejos & Salazar are known for. All our steaks come from the top 1% of the Prime cattles in the USA, some of the very best there is in the world when it comes to marbling, fattiness, and flavor. All our seafood is fresh and comes from independent purveyors, some of them flying in the selective menu items on a daily basis.
