Southerleigh Fine Food & Brewery, helmed by San Antonio Chef Jeff Balfour, brings a modern take on Texas' cross-cultural cuisine to Pearl. Influenced by the coastal classics of Chef Balfour's upbringing in Galveston married with the comfort of southern cuisine, Southerleigh boasts a curated, seasonally shifting menu that reflects Chef Jeff Balfour's innovative craftsmanship. Southerleigh houses a custom-manufactured brewery designed by Portland Kettle Works and brings brewing back to Pearl offering 15 different beers on tap. Southerleigh is located at 136 East Grayson, Suite 120, on the ground floor in the historic Pearl brewhouse.

Nineteen Hyaku is the newest concept from Carpenter Carpenter Hospitality located in the newly built Jefferson Bank Building. Enjoy a variety of items curated by our talented chefs that’s aimed to please any palate. Sushi Rolls, Tx Wagyu Steak over a live fire, Nigiri & Sashimi elegantly cut, craft cocktails with fresh ingredients, and a Sake list to compliment each unique flavor is awaiting you at Nineteen Hyaku. We hope to serve you soon!Reservations are strongly encouraged, but not required. The bar is always open for walk-in dining.
Valet is located on the Grayson side of the building with a separate fee taken at the Valet stand.
Covered Parking is available in the Jefferson Bank Building. Validation is not available. Parking in the garage is free for the first 30 minutes with charges beginning after the 30 minute mark. Street Parking is also available in the area, please park to your discretion.

Our food menu at 1 Watson includes Texas-inspired items such as smoked brisket tacos as well as three varieties of tostadas.
