Fiorenza was founded on December 1st of 2012 by Roberto Persi, the original chef of Toscana in Italy, and his wife Fiorenza in the suburbs of San José del Cabo. After two years they changed their headquarters to the touristic zone in San José. For the voyager in everyone comes a restaurant that evokes wanderlust and awakens your palate. The specialty: robatayaki, a table side Japanese grill and the freshest produce from the sea. The setting: a beautiful nest-like structure suspended between ocean and land, and surrounded by “espejos de agua,” literally water mirrors, magical in their own right.
