Kick off your evening with some fresh and succulent oysters – the perfect starter for what's in store. Next, you can choose your protein: fish or meat (duck in the autumn/winter season), both of the highest quality.
From there, you'll get to enjoy a series of dishes where each part of the main ingredient is used to the fullest. Be sure to leave room for dessert, too! Our bar integrates more than 60 labels of wine from Baja, wine by the glass, cocktails, crafted drinks and café. Our unpretentiously, unostentatious but luscious kitchen celebrates local produce and farmers. We cook accordingly to seasons therefore we are moved by the nostalgia our traditional Baja food was once before the boom.
