NUMŌH is the inverse name of "Homún" (our first restaurant name) which comes from combining "Ho", for home, and "mún", for common. A composition that reflects the philosophy of the place as a common space where everyone meets to enjoy delicious food, delicious drinks and a relaxed atmosphere that will make you live an exceptional dining experience. Chef Mario Borja seeks through his "free cuisine" to express a culinary format that is based on the simple fact of cooking what we like to eat, without pretension, respecting the balance of flavors, the good execution of the technique and the fresh seasonal product. The menu is composed of options with local seafood such as the Meunière catch of the day a, grilled prawns, tuna ceviche to fine cuts such as the NY and a wide variety of appetizers that will complement the table and the snack accompanying your favorite wine or cocktail. .
