Dinner Omakase will be $ 245 and 19 dishes, and Lunch Omakase will be $175 and 16 dishes.We have 3 Omakase seatings daily... 2:00 pm, 5:00 pm or 7:30 pm. Any allergies will need to be noted prior to the reservation date, so a special menu can be prepared. (We cannot accommodate the guest with all shellfish allergy, vegetarian, Kosher, gluten intolerance, or if you do not like uni)
Diners must cancel their reservation 48 hours in advance or will be subject to $75 fee, or $100 if the reservation is cancelled within 24 hours. If you do not show up, the fee will be full price of the course.

Sushi Sasabune offers a unique Omakase-style sushi experience. We specialize in using as much local fish as possible, creating a meal that can be found nowhere else in the world! Sasabune is a specialty sushi restaurant, meaning we do not serve tempura, noodles, California rolls etc. All nigiri are served with its own unique sauce and topping, meant to be eaten as is. Sansei Seafood Restaurant and Sushi Bar in Kapalua was named One of the Best Sushi Bars in America by Bon Appetit. We are the most popular Contemporary Japanese restaurant on Maui. Sansei has a variety of scrumptious sushi and seafood items that are legendary. Sansei serves incredibly delectable dishes such as our famous miso butter fish, shrimp dynamite, steak, grilled pork chops, smoked duck and delicious noodles. Please come and bring the Ohana as we accommodate walk-in guests. Walk-in wait times vary due to flow of the restaurant they could be as little as 30 minutes or upward of 1.5 hours. Please be advised we have not opened sushi bar seating since closing due to Covid. Opened in 2010, Robata JINYA reflects cooking techniques and traditions passed down from Tomo’s father combined with his personal deep appreciation for the City of Angels. Now expanding to Honolulu, Hawaii, Robata JINYA plays to traditional robatayaki service of slow charcoal-grilled skewered meats and vegetables as well as exotic sushi and sashimi plates.
