Hostaria OsottoOsopra was born from a fortuitous meeting, between the streets of Venice.With a coffee and a chat, the dream of opening a restaurant with friends seemed to really take shape for the first time.
In August 2017, those that were initially only ideas are transformed into reality, within the walls of a former pub in Calle San Pantalon, a stone's throw from Campo Santa Margherita.It would not make sense to open yet another tourist place in Venice, only to then get confused among the many restaurants around the city.
No, Hostaria OsottoOsopra was supposed to be something different.
It had to be a place to feel at home, where eating well in Venice became possible at a reasonable price and where the service, always in the hand but always elegant, made me want to come back.
At the opening, Hosteria OsottoOsopra looked like this: with the atmosphere of a typical Venetian hostaria, but from the almost gourmet kitchen.

FROM APRIL TO OCTOBER Take pleasure in a unique Grand Canal experience with delicious al-fresco daytime dining from noon until 6pm on The Gritti Terrace. Stretching along the waterfront, this popular place offers one of the most spectacular views in town over Punta della Dogana and the Santa Maria della Salute Basilica.Bookings from Mon-Thu, will be seated on the Riva Lounge Terrace, while bookings from Fri - Sun, will be seated on The Gritti Terrace.

Situato a Punta San Vigilio, lo scenario più suggestivo del lago di Garda, Riviera Restaurant è un luogo dove eleganza, gusto ed arte si uniscono.Si trova a pochi passi dalla riva del lago, dove una splendida casa con una storia secolare ha ritrovato calore e luce. Abbracciata da un rilassante patio e da un profumato giardino di erbe selvatiche, la sua cucina è tutta da scoprire.
Il ristorante è aperto a pranzo e a cena, e si compone di un patio esterno di cristallo con 12 tavoli di marmo che hanno i colori della terra, circondato da fiori e piante che donano una sensazione di pace e benessere. Due sono invece le sale interne con 8 tavoli in marmo blu, come le onde del mare.
