The Pepper Tree restaurant has been a tradition for fine dining in Colorado Springs since 1983. Serving steaks, seafood, lamb, veal and more, the Pepper Tree is legendary for impeccable cuisine, ambiance, service and breathtaking views of the city. Enjoy your Breakfast favorites from our European-inspired a la carte menu or an extensive selection from our Breakfast Buffet: Monday - Saturday (walk in basis)Reservations required for Sunday Brunch (buffet only). Pricing for brunch $105++/adult, $50++/kid (3-10). Based on availability and demand, Special Holiday Brunches will remain exclusive to Overnight Hotel Guests and Golf Club Members.
