ÀLAVITA is all about fresh pasta and local ingredients—from Agnolotti to Tortellini to Garganelli, Linguini to Pappardelle—created freshly every day using Northwest flour and local eggs. A restaurant whose name means “to life,” (Well actually two words– ‘alla’ ‘vita’ –that we put together to create one) ÀLAVITA is a great place for celebrating life with good friends and family alike. We offer craft cocktails, open kitchen and a warm, welcoming setting in the heart of Downtown Boise.

Join us in our Wednesday through Saturday for our reservation-only five-course tasting menu, featuring a prix fixe meal with curated beverage pairings. The menu changes every five weeks and no course is ever repeated. The regular menu price is $115 per person, and the pairing is $40 per person. On Friday and Saturdays at 6:15 pm, we offer our standard menu, while the 9 pm service is known as Supper Club. Supper Club features an unpublished menu for $115, including beverage pairings.餐廳介紹

CK’s our family owned business believes our business should be part of the solution and not part of the problem. We serve globally inspired food with an emphasis on seasonal and local ingredients. We recycle everything we can: metals, glass, paper and cardboard. Our used cooking oil goes to the local science teacher for his bio-fuel car. The vegetable scraps become compost for our garden. 15% of our energy is produced by our rooftop solar panels and solar hot water is on the way soon. Many of us commute to work on foot or by bike. Our food comes from several local farms and ranches and we purify our drinking water. Our goal is fresh healthy food that will feed your body and your soul.餐廳介紹
At the Melting Pot we specialize in fun and interactive four-course fondue dinners, great for every occasion. The fondue experience begins with a savory cheese fondue prepared tableside, followed by your choice of fresh salad. For the main event, choose from a wide variety of tantalizing meats, seafood, and fresh vegetables, certain to please even the most particular of palates. Then cook them tableside in one of our savory broths or even in traditional oil.
