A chef-driven boutique dining experience in the heart of Old Upper Arlington. Executive Chef Todd Elder prides himself on our constantly changing menu featuring ingredients from local partners at Hershberger Farms, Coast to Local Seafood, Bluescreek Farms, and Mushroom Harvest as well as a selection of globally imported goods. From pintxos, tapas, to entrees, each visit can become a new dining experience. Try a taste of Spain with a paella or go on a journey to Italy with a house-made pasta. Feeling adventurous? Then try a signature dish, slow braised and barbequed Octopus with seasonal pairings. Or stay close to home with a Lupo Smashburger or seasonal salad!During summer nights relax with a Lupo craft cocktail, glass of wine, or local beer on the patio outfitted by Oakland Park Nursery. Sit indoors and enjoy our cozy dining room, bar, or private Vault Dining Room. There is never any issue with parking at Lupo with our private parking lot next door and plenty of spaces out front!

Cento is a place for the entire community – a new, timeless, everyday destination where Great People Deliver Genuine Hospitality.Our Garden Terrazza is available daily, weather permitting, on a first come first serve basis. Reservations booked are for tables inside the restaurant and will only be seated on the terrazza upon availability.
If you cannot make your scheduled reservation, we ask that you please cancel by 12PM the day of your reservation. Cancellations outside the allowed window will be charged $25/person. Walk-ins are welcome for bar top and patio seating on a first-come basis.
Valet offered daily starting at 5PM, $12 per car.
