Executive chef and partner, Steve Binotti, is a culinary graduate form Kendall College. Steve began his career in Chicago at David Burkes Primehouse and later worked with Virgin Hotels. He was voted 2021 Executive Chef of the year in Arkansas, after crafting menu items for Petite and Keet, as well as Cypress Social in Central Arkansas. Come be inspired by our smokey flavors of your favorite bourbons and hone into the inspiration that curated our menu, filled with interesting ingredients, unique flavor pairings, and new twists on some southern classics.
Park Grill will serve contemporary American fare inspired by local and seasonal ingredients. The new restaurant seats approximately 100 guests and features floor-to-ceiling views of the museum's outdoor sculptures, landscaped event lawn, and MacArthur Park and has outdoor dining options, as well as a spacious private dining room.
Park Grill hours are as follows: Tuesday through Friday from 11:00 a.m.– 2:00 p.m. for lunch service, Wednesday through Friday from 4:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. for dinner service. Brunch is served on Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
