Tight lines until then!**The South Fork Lodge, nestled along the banks of the South Fork of the Snake River, features upscale Americana crafted by James Beard Award-winner Chris Bianco. Our family-style menu emphasizes local ingredients and seasonal fare. The Machete Bar, located inside the South Fork Lodge, provides one of the region’s finest wine lists, whiskey collections, and selection of local beer.
*There is no menu, it is chef's selection nightly, served at 7 PM family style. If you have any dietary restrictions, please be sure to make note of them. Feel free to come earlier for drinks and appetizers.
*No-show reservations will incur a charge of $50 per guest if not notified beforehand.

Dinner in the intimate Wild Sage is served with a view of an exhibition-style kitchen complemented with a massive river rock fireplace. A menu of creative American offerings features organically-grown produce, local game and meats, sustainable fish and seafood, and freshly-prepared desserts. The restaurant offers an extensive wine list and a reserve wine list with awards from Wine Spectator Magazine and wines-by-the-glass carefully chosen to complement menu selections.
