Spies must find the red door and pass a fun clearance test if they do not know the password required for entry. Once behind the red door, spies will find authentic espionage artifacts, pop culture references, a disappearing booth, a secret exit, and more. Enjoy a fun night out in Milwaukee, or a covert daytime mission for the family at this kid-friendly, spy hideout. SafeHouse offers venue space for agents looking to celebrate special occasions, birthdays, bachelor and bachelorette parties, and group events. Chile mojito-marinated chicken tenders sautéed with a spicy indies twist. Served with an orange-mango marmalade. So delicious, they're to die another day for!
Stasi Twists
East german soft pretzel bites served with honey mustard and cheddar dipping sauces. Perfect for casual conversation or interrogations.
Nachos Camp Stanley
Our texas-trained culinary agents load this ammunition tray with tortilla chips, a trio of cheeses, pico de gallo, black bean & corn salsa, fresh jalapeños, and cilantro.
Thunderballs
These meatballs are the bomb! Dry-aged prime beef and sweet italian sausage served with garlic toast and marinara sauce.

The Farm: Salads

Stealthily served under a disguise of toppings.

Covert Chopped Salad
Chopped romaine hides undercover with grape tomatoes, bleu cheese crumbles, pepper-smoked bacon, chopped egg, and green onion. Served with house-made white balsamic vinaigrette.
A Big Green C
Caesar salad that is, and the notable signature of sir mansfield cummings, first chief of mi6. All yours with chopped romaine, house caesar dressing, shaved parmesan, and baked croutons.
The Colombian
This south american dish is just as complex as the cartel. Chopped romaine topped with black bean & corn salsa, shredded cheddar, pico de gallo, chipotle ranch dressing, avocado crema, and tortilla strips.

Fly high in the stratosphere of flavor! Blackened chicken breast, lettuce, tomato, chipotle mayo, and dill pickles on a brioche bun.

Ginger soy bbq-glazed smoked beef brisket with matchstick carrots, fresh cilantro, jalapeños, and sriracha mayo on a fresh hoagie roll.

Black Ops: Burgers

Mission Impossible
Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to decode this burger. Pepper-smoked bacon, cheddar & pepper jack cheeses, tobacco onions, pickles, chipotle mayo, and "self-destruct" jalapeño relish on a brioche bun. We will never confirm or deny an agent accepting this mission…
Double Agent
This conduit of disinformation occurs on rye bread with sweet caramelized onions and american & swiss cheese accents. Experienced "handlers" can make this a triple agent with an additional swiss bank account deposit of $3.
Smersh Burger
Preferred by the notorious rosa klebb, this burger keeps her counter-espionage agents like grant, fit and trim. Plant-based patty, lettuce, tomato, pickled onion, portobello mushroom, and avocado crema on a potato bun. Served with a side of tzatziki.
MOAB

Lupe lamora's fiery version with cavatappi pasta, cheddar cheese, house-smoked chicken, pepper-smoked bacon, broccolini, chipotle peppers, and green garlic crumb. Explosive!
Bay of Pigs Mac
Cavatappi pasta tossed in house cheese sauce is infiltrated with smoked barbeque pulled pork, barbeque sauce, crispy fried onions, and garlic bread crumbs.
Vendetta Mac
Cavatappi pasta tossed in house cheese sauce is disguised by roasted portobello mushroom, broccolini, diced tomato, and fresh shaved parmesan.

Agent Nephew F knew the mission. Clearly an asset. Could be promoted to lead agent. I brought in spies from another agency out of state to the Safe House to prepare for a secret conference we're holding this fall. Safe House HQ was our first choice knowing the ambiance would be sure to impress. However, we were deceived and the evening fell flat. 1. No one was at the entrance to ask for a password - Likely due to government cuts, but I worry about espionage. 2. Burt was out of order. We tried being gentle and even a little rough, but alas, like many women, he wasn't in the mood and we were left unsatisfied. 3. Much of the areas were closed due to a "private event", however, if we didn't know the stealth of a ninja and their ability to remain unseen, one would think that the area was just closed off because it was a weekday. 3. The phone booth was out of order. Agent 86 didn't have the right shoes on and Dr. Who couldn't get it to work, so we had to exit out of the front door and risk blowing our cover. Clearly HQ in MKE needs a little TLC. Hope our next mission is more successful.

Great staff and fun atmosphere. Food was good pub style food. Drinks were good just inconsistent (had two of the same signature cocktails and they were different). Fun place though and the staff play into it, making it even more fun.

Food was awesome! Temperature was perfect and we didn't wait long! Our waitress was exceptional. She took great care of our table. 🍒 Cherry was super will ask for her the next time we go!

My date and I enjoyed dinner prior to attending the Simon & Garfunkel show. We had not been to the Safehouse in many years and enjoyed our mission just like in the old days! Service was great and we received our food in plenty of time to get to the show on time. I had the Brisket Bond MI and my date had the Tradecraft Tacos. Both dishes were tasty!

Everything was good. Service was awesome. Food was a bit expensive. The fish fry did not come with rye bread. Burgers were a bit on the small side.

Atmosphere and experience were great. Food and service were not. Food was bland and cold. Server took order, delivered food and delivered check. Did not come back to check on food, offer refills, or add to the experience in any way. Good to experience once but will not be returning unfortunately.

Food has really gone downhill. Nachos had a brown cheese sauce that was awful tasting. Quality of food is poor. Sad because the food and menu was 100 percent better in the past. Best French dip, fresh salads to name a few.

Had a great time with my family! It's a great experience with kids, especially keeping them engaged w/o screens. The food was ok. I wasn't expecting spectacular so I wasn't disappointed at all. Our Agent was fantastic and engaging the entire time.
