    We had a wonderful birthday at Sam’s steak house for my boyfriend special day and they are nothing short of impeccable in every level. Now our second year celebrating and always happy with food and quality of service

    Sam’ has always been a great steakhouse but with their recent renovation and menu update, they have really stepped up their game! Unfortunately, they have also Stepped up their prices as well, but with the general inflation of the last few years that’s not surprising.

    The new menu was extremely disappointing, especially the up charge for side potato swap. Our server didn’t seem very educated on the new menu either

    It took over 90 minutes to get our entrees and the steaks were mediocre and under seasoned. The lobster tail was overcooked and the brussel sprouts were undercooked. And then they overcharged us for the lobster until I pointed it out in the bill.

    Really enjoyed my bday here. The food was amazing. The service was very good also. I would go back and try something else again.

    Reservation: 6:30 pm. Water brought to the table at 6:45. Didn’t have a server greet us until 6:55. Ordered wine. Arrived at 7:08. 38 minutes after arriving we got our wine. I was about to go to the bar and get it myself. There were maybe 7 customers in the entire restaurant. It was Halloween night. Ordered lobster. Had to wait for butter after the lobster came out. Then they forgot the baked potatoes. The server said it didn’t come with a baked potato. I asked for a menu again because I knew it said that it did. I was right. She had to go back and get baked potatoes. We won’t be back for awhile.

    Perfect for family, romantic celebrations or for just an enjoyable night out. Also, excellent for business dinners. I love the surf and turf or filet mignon with a crab cake and I enjoy the rotating selection of cocktails but appreciate the list of mocktails for my family and friends who don't drink.

    Really great experience, the table was little too close to another table. Making it a little uncomfortable. Server was awesome, great service! Drinks were the best I’ve ever had, and food was immaculate.
