   Great seafood dinner and service was excellent. Manager even checked on us to see how food was. Fresh and well prepared food with excellent flavors. Bread rolls were off the hook…..

   The food was great. The service was over the top. The conservatory has unbelievable ambience. Everyone was helpful and accommodating. I will return.

   Great place and time for celebrations. We had a great experience and professionalism from Mr. Reese to Jennifer. Outstanding service!! I appreciated the care of Jennifer in menu selections. She was a gift to our family. Thank you so much.

   Lea was great. This has been one of our “go to” restaurants whenever we are in the area. We first visited the Sardine Factory 32 years ago. Each visit is memorable. Food, service and ambience is consistently outstanding.

   Incorrect entree was delivered for dinner. Asked for the wine list and no one followed up to order. Not as great experience.

   We had the 3 course menue... soup - filet mignon - tiramisu and ceasar salad - shrimps - tiramisu Soup was good, meat very dry... salad was ok, shrimps were great! Tiramisu was very special in shape but very nice. Californian Pinot Noir was nice too. We noticed a strange ambiance among the staff (they seem to have some troubles). Prices are rather high! Ambiance was nice but I missed the view outside (no windows in this room)

   Their oysters Roquefeller spoiled me for this dish at any other restauraant: perfect ballance. Our main dishes, the butterfish and the calamari steak were delicious, and each element was so flavorful! Kudos for including in the wine list Bodega Garzon's Albarinio; perfect pairing for the seafood dishes. Our server, Jennifer, provided attentive and friendly service. A wonderful evening.

   Excellent service from wait staff and surprise visit from Chef Burt. Always a pleasure. Food is top notch.
