Since October 2, 1968, The Sardine Factory’s cachet has made dining in our historic Cannery Row setting a tradition for world leaders, sports heroes and entertainment icons. Our award-winning chefs prepare delectable creations of fresh, sustainable seafood and USDA Prime Aged Beef; winner of Restaurant Hospitality Magazine’s "Best Wine List in America" award. The Lounge’s live entertainment, Happy Hour and affordable menu are a casual alternative to our other dining rooms. Celebrating over 50 years under the same ownership and management!     The glass dome in the rear of the restaurant where we sat was fantastic. The service was wonderful and the food was amazing. We will definitely be returning soon

    This was our first time visiting The Sardine Factory. We’ve heard many good things about this restaurant and we can now concur this establishment is one of the best restaurants in the area. From the moment we entered the doors we were great by Adam. A very warm and inviting host. We were led through an eclectic dining area back to the “conservatory”. A refreshingly nostalgic decorated dining area and were promptly greeted by our service. From the moment we were seated to when we left our water glasses were never empty, bread basket was kept full and the meals themselves were delicious. The dishes were imaginative, complex, flavorful and well presented. Our evening ended with some tasty desserts, a cappuccino and a latte. We couldn’t have been any happier with the whole experince.

    Amazing visit. Everyone there was attentive and kind. Our waiter had very good recommendations we went for and was not disappointed. The prime rib is the best I’ve ever had.

    The mash potato was so salty for both of my friend's meal and the tomahawk steak was so rare when we asked for medium rare.
