Another memorable dinner at my favourite restaurant. The Chicken Supreme was delicious, but overcooked and tough. The steward quick brought a serrated knife in response to my request. Otherwise, the evening was excellent. Staff are very efficient and welcoming.

We are repeat diners at your restaurant, and as usual the food was excellent. However, I have some issues with the reservation that I made, and am providing in a private note to Sassafraz that will hopefully provide valuable input to the restaurant on how to handle reservations.

Lately Sassafraz is my restaurant of choice for lunch or dinner due to their great menu and fabulous service! I reserved a table in the dining room but we were seated in the café. The staff were very responsive to our request to move to the dining room and Jeff the GM did everything possible to make amends. We were once again very happy with our meal at Sassafraz and we will be back!!

I recommend Sassafraz which offers a nice blend of both fine dining and causal elegance experience. The food was great and the service was superb. I like the open concept with good which gives it a nice airy, atmosphere.

A very very disappointing dinner. Poor service- even had to ask for forks and knives while our meal got cold. The salad was tasteless with no dressing, just fennel and 2 paper-thin apple wedges . Branzino was small and served with wilted broccolini. Have been many times, but won’t be returning.
