   The food is amazing, I especially love the sopa de amor. Edit: In the original writing of this review, I took the option to send a private note to Sazón indicating an issue which came up and within less than an hour, the general manager called me and made a very generous offer to “make it up” to us. I am very impressed with the quality and pure deliciousness of the food but also with the level of service and integrity of the management. Thank you, Cisco.

   Excellent and professional service from everyone. Incredibly friendly and attentive. The food is delicious and the cocktails are fresh and tasty. The artwork in the dining room creates a really special atmosphere. We had an amazing experience and highly recommend for a special evening.

   Sazón was absolutely a wonderful experience. Let's start with the artwork, a true experience in terms of the colors, different paintings and a true mexican feeling. The different moles where unique and a true experience to enjoy. This was followed by a tequila tastings, with a Sangrita chase. Truly great start compliment to the amazing cuisine and unbelievable customer service and attention to detail. Our server Shauna did a fantastic job explaining the options, food and pairing. This is a must do experience if visiting Santa Fe and looking for something unique.

   Our server Erica was a delight and truly added to the 5 star food! Our favorite dishes were the chef Olea's avacado-crab soup creation and the stuffed squash blossoms over greens. The pork belly and shrimp appetizers were our entrees and were both delish as well. The chef's special dessert had lovely flavors but was a little rich for us after our shared soup and the 4 small plates. The ambience and artwork are truly unique and sensory stimulating. Sazon is a feast for both the eyes and the palate! We would return!
