SF is simply the most romantic place around. Delicious food, great service and ambiance beyond. Michael does a great job decorating and Elias, the owners son, is fantastic. We live the place!

I have been here before many times last night service was off food was off. Decorations were very extensive and festive. Nice place but wasn’t up to Past expectations

Upon entering it was decorated extremely well for the holidays, over the top and very elegant. Our server, Diana, was absolutely wonderful. She knew the history of the restaurant as well as the ownership. The food was superb. Holiday cocktails were exquisite. First time there for us and I know we will be back.

The holiday decor is what made us decide to dine here. Wonderful atmosphere. We were seated in an alcove off the staircase - like our own private space. However, because of the structure of the building it was a bit cavernous and the diners at the alcove above us were very loud which made it difficult for us to hear. Our server was very nice and she made sure to check on us throughout the evening. The menu isn't extensive and I found it to be a bit pricey. We loved our appetizers which were fried calamari with vinegar peppers and a spicy marinara and we had their hand-pulled mozzarella with tomato confit and basil pesto for dipping with garlic crostini. For dinner, one of my guests had the Organic lavender chicken while I and my other guest each had the Ricotta Cavatelli Short Rib Ragu which was served hot and we both took home half our meals - large portion. We enjoyed our appetizers and dinner, but the dessert fell short. We shared their tiramisu which was served in a cup with a lot of whipped cream and in my opinion, not a lot of cake.

Just back from a lovely lunch at Scarborough. We three enjoyed our crab cake and chicken soprano choices, along with nice wines. Great desserts of flourless chocolate cake, pumpkin cheesecake and tiramisu. Our server (I think, Alana?) was wonderful. She was perfectly attentive and didn't rush us. The holiday decorations are spectacularly charming and really put us in the Christmas spirit.

Tyler was a very attentive server. The menu is very limited. Food was good but not worthy of the prices. The decorations do not hold a candle to Charlie’s in Bay Head. This is a nice place for a special occasion but if you want entrees under $50, this is not the place to go.

Our party of 4 was seated at a table for 6. We had made a reservation weeks earlier. Our caesar salads were terrible. We were served soup spoons for desert as they said they ran out of regular spoons. Three out of four disliked their entrees. Our waitress had an attitude. There were tables left uncleaned for over a 1/2 hour next to us and wern't cleaned up till we made a comment. Don't think we ever be going back.

It was very nice but extremely expensive especially for the drinks. However very good!!! Would go back again.
