Sea House Restaurant at Napili Kai Beach Resort offers open-air dining and delicious sea-to-table cuisine at its oceanfront location on gorgeous Napili Bay in Maui, Hawaii.

Under the direction of Executive Chef Alex Stanislaw, the Sea House serves breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktails against a backdrop of swaying palms and gentle waves. Breakfast favorites include the Molokai Sweet Potato Frittata, Haleakala Pancake, and Homemade Macadamia Nut Cinnamon Roll. Additional signature dishes include the Macadamia Nut-Crusted Mahi Mahi, Poke Nachos, and “60 Second” Ceviche.

For guests with dietary restrictions, the Sea House offers numerous gluten-free options. Several vegetarian dishes are also available, and many of those can be altered to be vegan upon request.

Over the years, the Sea House has received accolades for its food, atmosphere, and service, including repeatedly winning Maui Magazine’s ʻAipono Awards for Best Happy Hour, Best Breakfast and Most Maui-est Restaurant.

For larger groups, the outdoor ocean view Lani Pool Terrace can accommodate 30 to 50 people, and the Plumeria Garden is available for up to 200 people.

Avoid! The food and service were both awful. Fine dining prices with fast food quality and service. Very disappointing.

The Seahouse continues to disappoint. The food is mediocre for the cost and the majority of the wait staff is inattentive and sometimes rude. On two separate occasions our server greeted us, took our order, and then did not return until it was time for our bill (I sat in the blistering heat with an empty water glass for the majority of the meal). The food sounds great on paper, but the execution is sub-par at best. Breakfast is the only meal that shines and even it has a few items that are just ok. A classic example of a menu that is “great idea; terrible execution”. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money and go enjoy Merrimen’s right around the corner in Kapalua

Had a lovely time. Our server was very hospitable, knew the menu and ambience was fantastic!!! The food was overall of good quality and would come again.

Later than preferred dinner reservation. Arrived early to many open tables. Hopes were dashed when we were asked not to sit at semi empty bar, but rather sequestered to outside storage area to wait for table. Seated and informed no more mahi mahi, no more Moh hong fish either. Had macadamias crusted “snapper” instead. Enjoyed onion soup and wedge salad as appetizers then a burger. Food was good. Dessert we asked for was not available as well. Over all I would recommend getting there earlier where you can appreciate the location on the beach and food in stock.

As usual on our visit to Maui, we visited The Sea House on the last night before going home to the mainland. The view from our table was outstanding with the beautiful sunset in the distance. However,, we were surprised at the missing items on the menu. We could understand certain fish not available but dessert items were missing ( no ice ice cream pie, no vanilla ice cream). In the past, that has never been a problem and, hopefully, will not be one in the future.

Food is incredible. Service was impeccable. Prices a little high, but everything in Hawaii is expensive. Very noisy.

The waitress would not follow basic requests and argued about the mistakes she made. The bill was another issue and took 3 times to get correct. When we got the food it was delicious but the waitress made the experience poor.
