Sea House Restaurant at Napili Kai Beach Resort offers open-air dining and delicious sea-to-table cuisine at its oceanfront location on gorgeous Napili Bay in Maui, Hawaii.

Under the direction of Executive Chef Alex Stanislaw, the Sea House serves breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktails against a backdrop of swaying palms and gentle waves. Breakfast favorites include the Molokai Sweet Potato Frittata, Haleakala Pancake, and Homemade Macadamia Nut Cinnamon Roll. Additional signature dishes include the Macadamia Nut-Crusted Mahi Mahi, Poke Nachos, and “60 Second” Ceviche.

For guests with dietary restrictions, the Sea House offers numerous gluten-free options. Several vegetarian dishes are also available, and many of those can be altered to be vegan upon request.

Over the years, the Sea House has received accolades for its food, atmosphere, and service, including repeatedly winning Maui Magazine’s ʻAipono Awards for Best Happy Hour, Best Breakfast and Most Maui-est Restaurant.

Where to begin…made a reservation weeks prior for our 35 wedding anniversary. Requested a table by the window closest to the water. After checking in waiting 10-15 minutes given a table in the back corner by the exit door, which was glass and filthy. No ventilation, no fan overhead and a very bright hot light. Waiter had on a baseball cap with sunglasses on the back. Wrong order brought out, it was so miserably hot and uncomfortable I ended up not finishing my meal and we left. Totally ruined our anniversary experience and not sure why this is considered upscale dining. The food was good but not great. Service par and the usual table in the corner gets forgotten.

We loved the Sea House, staff was excellent and friendly. Food was fresh and very tasty. Went back for lunch the next day and had another great experience. Don’t miss this beachside restaurant.

Beautiful place right on the water to watch a sunset. Food was delicious- very quick at getting food out- loved the bred pudding

Beautiful setting that can’t be beat. Service staff are friendly and attentive. There are a variety of dishes and many seafood choices. Everyone loved their meal. The bar is full service. Visit for the best sunset meal on Maui!

Service was average. Waited quite awhile for something as simple as a glass of water. Location and view is breathtaking.

Absolutely Amazing Experience, beautiful Napoli bay beach views, delicious food and great service-we ate here twice on our stay so far and have another dinner reservation before we head home. They have gluten free options and were very accommodating!! I Definitely recommend!!!

Our server was fantastic. I am disappointed by the hype and challenge to get a reservation here; I started 3 months ahead and feel as though I barely locked one it 30 days in advance. We were overdressed, it was very loud, and not the experience I expected from the photos. 1990’s sad decor. The Mahi Mahi was hot when served but on a bed of limp carrots and brown broccoli. I took it to-go after a few bites but tossed it when I got home. This experience made me sad as a choice for our 5 year wedding anniversary celebration. The live music was nice (and quiet)

Our dinners were great! My husband had a filet served with broccolini and mashed potatoes. I had the Mac crusted fresh compacted with assorted fresh heirloom tomatoes carrots and broccolini with white rice. We started with a delicious salad and ended with tiramisu. A very delicious dinner in a very beautiful setting!

I spent my 70 th birthday here! So happy for the cocktails, dinner, ambience, sunset, convenience to our room! Loved the whole experience ! Thank you SeaHouse!
