   Food was pretty bland and over priced for what it was. Service was exemplary. Jacque was brilliant and made the day much better.

   Took my elderly parents and had a great time. Arturo was wonderful, provided great service and was attentive to our needs. Food came out promptly and was fresh, Very quiet Tuesday evening which was good since my parents are hard of hearing.

   Been a customer for years sometimes disappointed because of the condition of the restaurant itself. They’ve had some flooding. They’ve had some mold, unusual smells and odors on and off for a while. Still there occasionally on the other hand I think it’s a cozy place. The food is usually very, very good. Service is always adequate. I’d say it’s more of the actual physical condition of the restaurant which bothers me, but I’ll still go back because I like it. Very easy to transform that into a more likable place with a little music a few more TVs especially the bar area. I have been going there since the day it opened so I have seen it all il I. It needs TLC and it’s never done right. They’ll do a little bit at a time but never fix the problem overall I still give it a 4 to 5 star.

   The food quality has slipped dramatically. scallops were ok but flat bread pizza, tuna, and stuffed mushrooms were not good. stuffed mushrooms had zero flavor and crab tasted old. tuna was poor quality not a grade you would want to eat raw. very disappointing

    We almost always have a good experience at Seasons 52. Service was friendly and the food was really good, however, receiving our food and drinks was especially slow this evening. Not sure if they were short staffed or what.
