Senza Gluten is the first 100% gluten-free Italian restaurant in Greenwich Village, New York City. We are aware that having celiac or choosing a gluten-free diet can sometimes be challenging, especially when dining out. At Senza Gluten we want to make sure your dining experience is perfect and safe by guaranteeing 100% gluten-free cuisine. Italian food is an all time favorite, however, it is characterized by foods like pasta and pizza. At Senza Gluten we want to bring the best Italian dishes to the table using a completely gluten-free approach.

Excellent and tasty GF food. I enjoyed every single bite, from the bread, calamari, caesar salad, lasagna, to the tiramisu (+ I had a bite of my husband’s crème brûlée and daughter’s molten lava cake). Service was great. Moscow mules were refreshing.

A dedicated gluten free restaurant makes this restaurant worth visiting. However the flavor and selection didn’t really hit the spot. Food was a little bland. Ambiance was nice, albeit tight. I would go back and I would recommend, but I wouldn’t rave

Delicious food and knowledgeable waiting staff whose first priority was allergies. As a coeliac, this restaurant was perfect with a big menu - my husband does not have any allergies but loved the food just as much. 100% recommend!

Excellent restaurant 100% sans gluten. Très bon services et tous les plats que nous avons commandé étaient délicieux. Je recommande fortement aux cœliaques

The food was delicious especially for those who must have a gluten free diet. The service was impeccable and the staff was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive.

Le service est excellent. La qualité des mets bonnes mais il serait bien d’assaisonner un peu plus. En revanche il est inadmissible que l’on vous oblige à payer cash où uniquement avec une American Express

Authentic Italian restaurant without the gluten. Fantastic food, the wait staff was wonderful and the atmosphere intimate. I felt like I was in Italy. I highly recommend it, especially if you have a gluten allergy.

When we arrived, we were told they were running behind on reservations so we were seated 30 minutes after our reservation. Once seated, we asked to order an appetizer but we were told we cannot order anything until we have our entire order ready. They did not explain why. By time we were served water and placed our order it was nearly an hour since our schedule reservation. They were out of all beer, one entree we ordered and several desserts. Although the service doesn’t meet the price, the food was great. I don’t know that we would dine again with other gluten free Italian options available
