Wasn’t expecting unique food - better than what other reviews would have you believe. Table service was good. Hostess that seated us was not at all friendly.

Hostesses were rude. I understand it was Christmas Eve but that’s not a reason to be rude. Food was ok. Lied that our table was being set, considering we waited over an hour.

Getting into the restaurant was chaotic. Moved us from one table to another. Waited for over an hour for our food and our waitress was rude.

Usually one of our favorites. This visit subpar. Usual order came out different from last 4 recent visits, waiter blamed new chef. Smaller size of dinner serving. Food was good but not worth the price. Hopefully not a future trend and just an off night.

Service here is frequently poor. Hard to get anyone to pay attention much less be nice or care—the one exception was our server at brunch. The mushroom pizza I ordered had what looked like maybe mushroom paste(?) and did not taste like I would have expected from such a simple recipe. Not sure what’s up with their gelato menu, they literally had 1 out of 8 flavors; and other days this week the gelato selection never matches the menu. Serafina is a black eye on an otherwise decent La Concha resort hotel.
