In the heart of the Meatpacking District only few steps from the Whitney Museum, Little Island, Highline and Chelsea Market.
Our guests feast on delicious Italian cuisine including Serafina’s signature thin crust pizzas, delicious pastas, fresh salads, seafood, burgers and meats as well as delicious crafted cocktails and a curated wine list.

Cozy atmosphere, full bar, 3 floors and an outdoor café offer excellent people watching on the neighborhood's classic cobblestone streets.
It is also a favorite brunch destination.

WALK-INS are welcome for parties of two and three with no reservations.

Credit Card are required for parties of 6 and more to secure the reservation.
A 24-hour cancellation notice is required to avoid the cancellation fee ($30 per person)

While we normally enjoy Serafina at different locations the chicken milanese fell short this time (extremely hard to cut & little arugula etc on top).. Cacio e Pepe was good though

The food was very good but I cannot stand it when servers clear dishes while some people are still eating. They were not rushing us. They just don’t know better!

They took us right on time with our reservation which was very nice as there was a line to enter. The service was excellent. We all enjoyed the food. Two ordered the chicken salad and really enjoyed it. I had the spaghetti squash entree which was very tasty and filled with vegetables. I think there was too much olive oil in the dish but overall very satisfying. The margarita pizza was thoroughly enjoyed also. The place is very rustic but it’s an enjoyable atmosphere. Can’t beat the second floor view! Or the location in general.

We had made a reservation and when we arrived, the hostess just told us to 'pick a two-top' as though we were at some fast-casual restaurant and wouldn't even show us to the table, despite just standing around with seemingly nothing to do. We were squished in between two seated tables, one of which had too many people at it so we had very little room and felt like they were sitting on top of us. The server seemed extremely rushed in taking our order, the person who delivered my incorrectly made drink couldn't seem to understand why it was wrong and they brought our food out far too quickly. They then checked us on too frequently and kept interrupting our meal. Overall, I found it to be quite an unpleasant experience and don't plan on returning. I'm a New Yorker and have avoided Serafina for quite some time but was with my son in the neighborhood and he wanted Italian so we went there. Now I remember why I've avoided the restaurant and plan to going forward.

Hostess was annoying. Said she couldn’t seat us. I went online to open table for reservation for 10 minutes later. Then sat us outside and said they’d turn on heat lamps and didn’t. Pizza order messed up…. You get the point

Have been to several Serafina locations, none have disappointed, including this one — Meatpacking. Lovely table outside across from The Elephants, food delicious and service pleasant and perfectly timed.
