The Sheldon Inn offers an unparalleled fine dining experience, perfect for any celebration or night out. The quaint patio and fire pit/lounge area is the perfect place to enjoy brunch or dinner, cocktails and great company. Sheldon Inn also has a Wedding Venue featuring an outdoor bar, gazebo, two dance floors, market lights, and outdoor restrooms. With availability for over 300+ guests, the outdoor ceremony and reception site is adorned with a beautiful old Oak Tree, lovely Victorian Bridal Suite, and meticulously manicured grounds for a stunning outdoor wedding!

    Join us for a delicious 3 course prix fixe menu curated by Chef Rebecca Pasqual. $65 per person and children under 12 $24. Reservations are for a 2 hour dining experience. Credit cards are required to hold the reservation and a $50 per-person fee will be charged if the reservation is cancelled within 24 hours of November 27th (redeemable in the form of a gift card).

                                                      Sheldon Inn is by far my favorite restaurant in Sacramento/Elk Grove. The food and the entire staff are top notch. It’s definitely a great place to take your significant other too. Also the barrel aged Old Fashioned was spectacular.

                                                      We love the Sheldon Inn and have always had great food and great service. Our visit last night was good not great. Service was a bit slow and it took too long to get our food. When we did it was warm, but since we waited so long we didn't return it. The taste of the food was amazing, we just wish it would have come out sooner and hot like it was just off the stove.

We have only been going for almost 2 years now but every time we have a special occasion or something to celebrate we make effort to book a reservation. The food is always perfect, staff always attentive and friendly and ambiance is the best.

From the moment we walked in to when we left, there was an attention to detail and more importantly, service. Our server, Sean was amazing! Very friendly and attentive. The food was superb as always. This is our destination for special celebrations in the past and in to the future! Thanks for making the birthday celebration a wonderful experience!

                                                      We’ve heard a lot about this place and decided to give it a go. Overall, the service stood out to me. Our server Gavin, was attentive, polite, and had great suggestions. We were consistently checked on, waters filled, and asked if we needed anything else by him and helping staff.
