Reservations are recommended.

The dining room at the Mill is a wonderful way to experience Simon Pearce. Using fresh local ingredients, thoughtfully prepared creative American cuisine is served with the backdrop of the Ottauquechee River waterfall and covered bridge.

Simon Pearce Retail Store - Shop before you dine! Our restaurant is located at our flagship retail store where you can explore all of our Simon Pearce glass and pottery in person. All of our products are handmade with love.

                                            We love this restaurant. It never disappoints. I had the cheddar cheese soup and the quiche. Both just delicious!

                                            We LOVE Simon Pearce glass and the restaurant is top notch! Wendy helped us with our reservation and was so warm and welcoming for a lunch to celebrate our daughter’s engagement! The fish and chips were the best we’ve ever had! Yummy Guinness stew, light and fluffy quiche, excellent and beautiful salads. Highly recommend!

                                            The staff was awesome. I thought our reservation was at 7 and it was at 7:45. The maitre’d was so gracious in getting us seated early for our anniversary dinner. The waiter was wonderful. The food was excellent. Everything was perfect

                                            This restaurant is consistently one of the best in New England that I visit regularly. Spectacular setting, elegant table settings, and wonderful food - not to mention great servers. I am so blessed to live just an hour away!

                                            We decided on a nice lunch for New Year’s eve with our 13 year old. Casey, our server was simply the best. She was so kind, warm, and attentive. You're lucky to have her! She really made our son feel at ease and she really cultivated a wonderful memory for our family. We even had the best seat in the house, T4! How beautiful and memorable. I've asked my husband and son to take me for Mother’s Day! Thank you for providing a lovely experience and Happy New Year to all!
